Heard learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. 2.

The grievance raised by the petitioner, who approached this Court through her natural guardian is that an appeal filed before respondent No.2 - Scrutiny Committee is pending for decision and accordingly it is prayed that

2942.19wp (2) the Committee be directed to decide appeal expeditiously. 3.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is prosecuting her studies in 12th standard and she would be desirous in seeking admission for various professional courses and admission would be started in April-May 2019, as such, there is an anxiety of petitioner to have early decision on the appeal.

This submission of learned Counsel for the petitioner is being justified, issue notice to respondents, returnable forthwith. 5.

Learned Asstt. Govt. Pleader waives service of notice for respondents.

The petition is accordingly disposed of with directions to respondent No.2 - Committee to decide the appeal submitted to it on 4th January, 2019, as early as possible and not later than four weeks from the date of the order of this Court.
