915 ca 7442.13.odt application, which according to me are just and sufficient, the delay is condoned. Appeal be registered in accordance with law. Civil application stands disposed of.

The execution of the awards impugned in the present appeals shall stand stayed subject to deposit of the entire amount under each of the said award along with interest accrued thereon by the acquiring body in this court within twelve weeks from the date of this order.
