The petitioner is a 21 years old woman, whose father died on 13.06.2008, while working as a Sanitary Worker with respondent no.2. Her mother became 45 years of age in 2014. The petitioner became 18 years of age in 2019. A representation dated 25.11.2020 is pending.

Though the petitioner claims that her father was a permanent Sanitary Worker, we do not find any record before us. In fact, the pleadings in the petition indicate that he started working on 05.01.2004 and died on 13.06.2008.

By that as it may, this petition is disposed off. We would expect respondent no.2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.11.2020, in accordance with Rules and Policies applicable and preferably, on or before 28.02.2023.

We make it clear that we have not expressed any opinion about the claim put forth by the petitioner.
