PER COURT:- 1.

It is contended that the Maharashtra Jivan Pradhikaran had shown an amount of Rs.1,05,732/- as paid to the Municipal Corporation under the head Pension contribution and Leave Salary but has adjusted the said amount against water charges payable by Municipal Corporation, Parbhani.

The amount of Rs.1,05,732/- was due and payable by Maharashtra Jivan Pradhikaran to the petitioner. It would not have adjusted the said amount towards the dues of the Municipal Corporation.

The Maharashtra Jivan Pradhikaran,Parbhani shall deposit amount of Rs.1,05,732/- payable to the petitioner within four weeks from today.

It is further submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the amount towards the leave encashment has not been paid by the Municipal Council.

Mr. Bora, learned counsel on instructions submits that if the amount towards leave encashment is due and payable, the same would be paid within a period of four months.

Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.
