ORDER :

The application is made by the original complainant. The lady in person made submissions. Prayers are made for giving some directions to the Sessions Court as no progress is made in her matter filed for the offences punishable under sections 498-A, 323, 504, 34 etc. of I.P.C. She has a grievance that it was informed to her that papers were missing and so, no progress was being made. This Court had called the report of the Sessions Court and the report shows that the papers were missing and directions were given to reconstruct the file. Accordingly, the file is reconstructed and some progress has been made, process has been issued against the accused and they are to appear in the Court on 23.3.2015.

The party in person has a grievance that some mischief has been done and due to the mischief, the papers were missing. In that case, she can raise the grievance before the District Judge. In any case, when the papers are missing, the learned Principal District Judge is expected to take some action for fixing responsibility. He is expected to take such action. As file is reconstructed, nothing remains in the present matter. 3.

In above terms, the proceeding is disposed of. Hamdast allowed.
