Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

The liberty was granted to the applicant to file bail application before the Trial Court after four (4) months from 06.10.2022. However, the applicant had filed an application before the period of four (4) months. Now, that four months period has been over. A plain liberty was granted to the applicant to apply for bail after four months. However, the applicant was not discharged from the burden to satisfy the Court that there were change-in-circumstances after the rejection of his first bail application. The applicant has no material to show that there were change-in-circumstances.

For the above reason, the bail application stands dismissed.
