The learned A.G.P. raises a preliminary objection that the petitioner has an alternate remedy of appeal before the committee.

In light of that, we are not inclined to entertain the petition. The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy. The authority where the appeal is filed shall consider the application for condonation of delay on its own merits. No costs.
