By the present application, the applicants seek suspension of substantive sentence and their release on bail. 3.
The applicants are convicted for offence punishable under section 326 of the Indian Penal Code and sentenced to suffer R.I. for three years and to pay fine of Rs.4,000/- each, in default to suffer further R.I. for three months, by judgment and order dated 10th February, 2016, passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Gangakhed, in Sessions Trial No.27 of 2012.

The appeal preferred by the applicants is admitted. During the trial, the applicants were on bail. They have paid the fine amount. 5.
In view thereof, substantive sentence imposed on the applicants is suspended and they are admitted on bail, on the same terms on which they were released by the learned Sessions Court. Criminal Application stands allowed in above terms. (N.W. SAMBRE, J.) amj
