Mr.Dhorde, learned Senior advocate submits that during the pendency of this petition, in January 2018, the renewal of
recognition has been granted to Respondent No.3 by Respondent No.2. The said fact is sought to be brought on record by way of amendment, so also is challenging the order granting renewal of recognition.

We have heard Mrs.Gangwal, learned advocate holding for Mr.Jagiasi, learned advocate for Respondent No.3.

The Writ Petition is not yet admitted. The facts sought to be brought on record are the subsequent events during the pendency of the Writ Petition.
Even otherwise, the non-applicants will have every right to controvert the averments sought to be introduced by way of amendment.

In light of that, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A).

The Civil Application is disposed
of.

Amendment be carried out within two (2) weeks.
