Heard. It appears that during the pendency of main Criminal Application, charge-sheet has been submitted. This application is filed for amendment to seek quashing of the proceedings. In view of the same and for the reasons stated in the application, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A). Criminal Application is accordingly disposed of. 02.

Copy of the charge-sheet is already placed on record.
