Mr Jadhavar submits that as per Section 82 (5) of the Maharashtra Universities Act, even the Government is entitled to consider the proposals that are not recommended by the University. The petitioner had submitted the proposal for Home Science and other Courses also. The proposal for Home Science was recommended and for other Courses, the proposal was not recommended. The same can also be considered by the Government. As such, seeks review of the order dated 30.1.2018 passed by this Court in Writ Petition no.7056 of 2017 to the extent that even those proposals, which are not recommended by the University be directed to be considered by the Government.

In paragraph 1 of the order dated 30.1.2018, we had recorded the argument. So also, the scope of the Writ Petition was to the extent of the course recommended by the University.

In case the submission of Mr Jadhavar is accepted, that would be enlarging the scope of writ petition. The same will not be permissible in review.

With these observations, Review Application stands disposed of. 6.
