This pertains to the construction of the Percolation Tank No.5 at Kasari (Pimpaldara), Tq. Dharur, Dist. Beed in file No. LNQ/SR/67/05. The lands of the Petitioners have been taken by way of private negotiations in 2005.

The learned A.G.P. submits that, the Notification under Section 11 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (for short ' the said Act'), has already been published on 20/01/2022.

In view of the above, we direct that the Award shall be delivered as expeditiously as possible and within the timeline prescribed under the said Act.

With the above directions, this petition is disposed off.
