The applicants have impugned the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Loha, in Criminal Case/complaint No.82 of 2010, under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Considering the allegations levelled against the applicants, it does affect the interest of the complainant, There is no material to believe that the legal heirs may continue with the proceeding. So, ultimately the proceeding before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Loha is abated. Hence, the Criminal Application stands disposed of.
