Manohar Shahadu Pawar v. State Of Maha
IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY
BENCH AT AURANGABAD 130 FIRST APPEAL NO. 3093 OF 2013 WITH 131 FIRST APPEAL NO. 1802 OF 2015
CORAM:
VIJAY S.KULKARNI REGISTRAR (JUDL) DATED: 21/06/2016 1.
Perused record and proceedings. The objection notified by the office is that printing charges are not paid till the expiry of date. Though adequate chances have been given to the appellants for taking necessary steps, no steps have been taken to remove the aforesaid objection. There is no representation on behalf of the appellants. The matter is returned from the Hon'ble Court for passing necessary orders. As per the office note, there is no leave note filed by the Advocate for the appellant for today's date. All these go to show that the appellants are not really interested in taking steps and to remove the objection. In the result, I pass following order.
ORDER
The appeal stands dismissed for failure to prosecute.
