The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that First Appeal No.2451/2014 and other connected appeals preferred by the Respondent/ Acquiring Body from the same award, came to be disposed of in terms of the compromise arrived at between the parties before the LokAdalat held on 03.01.2016 and the Respondent/ Acquiring Body has accepted it's liability to the extent of 75%. The learned counsel submits that the entire amount under the award has been deposited before this Court.

The learned counsel for the Respondent/ Acquiring Body has also not disputed this position.

*2* 962.ca.5532.17 In view of the above submissions, the Applicant herein is permitted to withdraw the entire amount of compensation deposited by the Acquiring Body in this Court, on furnishing an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
