The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal is filed by the petitioner for approval to his appointment. 2.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

In case proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner (page No. 19) is pending with the respondent No. 2, then the respondent No. 2 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months from today.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
