Heard Mr. Deshpande, the learned counsel for the applicant.

By inviting our attention to the order dated 26.4.2019, learned counsel Mr. Deshpande for applicant submits that by the aforesaid order, the Writ Petition is restored to its original stage. Though it is not specifically so worded in the order, but in view of the order that the matter to proceed, it can safely be said that the Writ Petition is restored as submitted by Mr. Deshpande. We find considerable merit in the

CA4078 submission of Mr. Deshpande. The application is, thus, allowed in terms of prayer clause (C).
