On being pointed out that the petitioner has an alternative efficacious remedy for the prayers made in the Petition under the relevant provisions of the Administrative

wp-7507.24 Tribunals Act by approaching the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he would withdraw the Petition with liberty to approach the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. 3.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
