Heard learned counsel for both sides.

This is an application for withdrawal of amount of compensation deposited by the acquiring body in this Court.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent points out that the present applicant is restrained by the Civil Court from withdrawing the amount of compensation granted in L.A.R. Nos. 120 of 1999, 584 of 1999 and 71 of 1999 as per order passed below Exh.5 dated 8.11.2017.

Since the Civil Court has restrained the present applicant from withdrawing the amount of compensation, this application cannot be entertained.

Accordingly, it is dismissed.

Liberty is granted to file such application after adjudication of the respective shares.
