Heard Mr. Dadpe, learned counsel appearing for the applicant and Mr. Ambhore, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.2 at length. Though non applicant Nos. 2 to 5 are served with notice, they failed to remain present.

For the reasons stated in the application, delay of 228 days caused in filing appeal is hereby condoned. However, the applicant shall not be entitled for interest and statutory benefits for the delay period of 228 days as well as for the period from 21.02.2019 to 11.02.2020 which has been consumed in circulating the matter 3.

Office to register the appeal and place before the court for further action.
