(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant SACHIN JILANI PAWAR be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of the like amount, in Crime No.471 of 2020, registered by Police Station Hingoli City,

43-BA.394-23.odt District Hingoli, for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120-B, 143, 147, 148, 149, 341, 201 of the IPC, Section 4/25 of the Indian Arms Act and Section 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act, on the following conditions :

(a) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.

(b) He shall not involve in similar crime.
