Learned Advocate for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that she is withdrawing the writ petitions. However, she is seeking liberty to approach the Civil Court for appropriate relief. Learned Advocate for the Corporation is present. He submits that he would be the contesting respondent and therefore, by keeping all the defences open, the prayer may be granted.

In view of the said situation, the petitioner is allowed to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the Civil Court, subject to the limitation, if any.
