Shri N.S.Ghanekar, learned counsel for the applicant submits that charge-sheet is likely to be fled. Therefore, on instructions, he seeks permission to withdraw the application. He submits that after fling of charge-sheet he reserves his right to apply to the concerned Court for regular bail.

In view of this, Bail Application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to apply to the concerned Court for regular bail after fling of charge-sheet.
