The petitioners have a statutory remedy of preferring a second revision before the State in view of the judgment of the Honourable Apex Court in the matter of Gurudassing Nawoosing Panjwani Vs. State of Maharashtra and others, 2015 AIR SCW 6277. In view of the above, this petition is disposed off.

If the petitioners approach the Revisional Authority, within six weeks from today, the time spent by the petitioners in this Court from 25th February, 2019 until six weeks from today, will be considered as a ground for condonation of delay. Needless to state, since the second revision is a statutory remedy, all the contentions and grounds raised by the petitioners, would be considered while deciding the same.
