This pertains to the construction of the Percolation Tank No.5 at Kasari (Telkhori), Tq. Dharur, Dist. Beed in file No.LNQ/SR/11/05. The possession of the lands of the Petitioners was taken by way of private negotiations on 07/03/2004. 2.

The learned A.G.P. submits that, the Notification under Section 11 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (for short 'the said Act'), has already been published on 20/01/2022.

In view of the above, we direct that the Award shall be delivered as expeditiously as possible and within the timeline prescribed under the said Act.
