The learned Senior Advocate Mr. Deshpande raises an objection with regard to the maintainability of these matters in this Court. He points out that the Petitioners were former Officers in the BSNL. Considering Section 3(aa), 3(q) and 15[(1) and (2)] of the 6 to 8.wp2949.24.odt

Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, he submits that these matters will have to be considered by the Central Administrative Tribunal. 2.

In view of the above, these Writ Petitions are disposed off from the file of this Court. The Registry is directed to transfer these matters to the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, expeditiously. We request the learned Tribunal to deal with these cases during the Circuit Bench hearing at Aurangabad.
