Shri Bhavar, learned Advocate for the Petitioner, has strenuously criticized the impugned order.

The learned AGP submits that the impugned order dated 18.10.2016 is passed by the Deputy Commissioner (Entertainment Tax), Aurangabad Division, Aurangabad and the Petitioner has a statutory remedy of preferring a revision before the Honourable Minister. Considering the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to avail of a remedy as is permissible in law.
