This is an application filed by the State for condonation of 42 days' delay in filing Criminal Application for Leave to File Appeal challenging judgment and order of acquittal dated 1st August, 2019 passed by learned Ad Hoc Sessions Judge, Latur in Sessions Case No. 62 of 2018.

Though served, none appears for the respondent. 3.
