The order dated 3.1.2022, passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) insofar as Writ Petition (St.) No.10140 of 2021, is set aside on the condition that the applicants remove all office objections within three weeks from today.

It is made clear that if the office objections are not removed within the stipulated period, the order passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) would stand restored and the order passed by this Court today would stand re-called without further reference to the Court.
