We have heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner. On 29-01-2021 we had issued notice and directed to maintain the status-quo. According to the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the original writ petitioner in Writ Petition No.1649 of 2021 is misusing the order of the Court and interfering with the work of the petitioner. 2.

There was no order in favour of the petitioner that can be said to have been violated. In view of that, the contempt petition would not be tenable. In case, the petitioner has cause of action, the petitioner may initiate appropriate proceedings. Gajanan
