The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Shikshan Sevak is pending since May 2019. Same is not yet decided.

In case proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Shikshan Sevak (Page 11) is pending with the respondent No. 2, then the respondent No. 2 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from today. 3.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
