By this petition, the petitioner seeks direction to add Section 304-A of Indian Penal Code in the FIR dated 16.09.2020. 2.

It is well settled that after the evidence is led before the Trial Court, if case is made out, then the Trial Court can add Sections at that point of time.

The petition is, therefore, disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to move the Trial Court at appropriate stage.
