The petitioner is aggrieved by the communication of the Desk Officer intimating that the stay granted to the petitioner in July 2019 is vacated.

The petitioner had filed an appeal against the order of disqualification.

Mr. Gore, the learned counsel appears for the respondent No. 2. The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 4.

Considering the fact that, order of stay was in operation till 18.02.2020 and the matter is already heard on 24.02.2020, the stay order granted in favour of the petitioner by the respondent

In view of the above the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
