The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the tribe claims of the petitioners for validation are pending before the committee since from the year 2010. The same are not decided. 2.

The vigilance is conducted. The petitioners have filed their say to the vigilance report.

Considering the above, we pass the following order: (i) The petitioners shall appear before the committee on 08.04.2021 and put-forth their case.

(ii) The committee shall, thereafter, endeavour to decide the matters expeditiously, preferably within a period of two months.

(iii) We have passed this order on the basis of the submissions made by the petitioners that the vigilance is completed and the petitioners have filed their say to the vigilance report.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
