1] By the present Writ Petition, the petitioners are challenging the order dated 20.02.2023 passed by the respondent no.2 rejecting the objections filed by the petitioners.

2] It appears from the record that in the order dated 20.02.2023 [as noted in the Writ Petition] there are some inadvertent errors. The learned counsel for the

respondent no.2, on instructions of respondent no.2, who is present in the Court, submits that the respondent no.2 would re-decide the objections filed by the petitioners. 3] The election programme in the instant case is not yet declared, as such, objections can be decided afresh. 4] The parties are directed to remain present in the office of the respondent no.2 on 15.04.2023 at 11.00 a.m.

5] On appearance of the parties, the respondent no.2 would pass an order on the objections of the petitioners on or before 18th April, 2023.

6] In view of the same, the impugned order dated 20.02.2023 is set aside and the respondent no.2 to decide the objections afresh. No further objections would be entertained by the respondent no.2.

7] Accordingly, Writ Petition is disposed of, with above direction.

8] Parties to act upon authenticated copy of this order.
