The applications for issuance of tribe certificates are rejected by the Sub Divisional Officer. The petitioners have filed appeals before respondent no. 2 committee in December-2019. The learned Counsel submits that the same are not yet decided.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for all the respondents and submits that the committee would decide the appeals on it's own merits.

In case, the appeals filed by the petitioners are pending with respondent no. 2, then respondent no. 2 shall decide the same on it's own merits, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of three (03) months.

The petitioners shall appear before the committee on 26.03.2021.

5.

Writ Petitions are accordingly disposed of.

No costs.
