In view of the order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 2274 of 2023 along with other petitions, dated 23.02.2023, the same would be applicable to the facts of this case.

As the facts are identical, status quo as on today shall be maintained till the decision in appeal pending before the Divisional Joint Registrar. The Divisional Joint Registrar before whom the appeal is pending to decide the appeal on it's own merits, without being influenced by the status quo order passed.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of.
