Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the respondent.

The similarly situated co-accused have been granted bail. Hence, the applicants are entitled to parity. The prosecution has no strong evidence against the applicants to prove that they have played active role in the commission of the offence. Hence, they deserve bail.
i) Application is allowed.
ii) Applicants Nos. (1) Amol Shridhar Kolhe, (2) Pallavi Yashwant Warke and (3) Nitin Bhaskar Kolhe, be released on bail, on furnishing PB and SB of Rs.50,000/- each, with one solvent surety of the like amount, in C.R.No.26 of 2022, registered with Bodhwad, Taluka Bodhwad, District Jalgaon, for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 201 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, on the condition that not to tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
