He submitted that, as per the instructions of the appellant, the appellant is ready to withdraw the appeal. Sabanabi is also present. The appellant has accepted the award passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Ahmednagar in Motor Accident Claim Petition No.574/2013. The claimants are entitled to receive the balance amount from this Court along with interest accrued thereon without reference to the Court.
