Both the parties have arrived at settlement and the compromise terms have been submitted today which is marked as 'Exhibit-X'. The appellant and the respondent are present before this Court along with their respective advocates to reiterate the terms of compromise. They have also supplied the true copy of their identity cards. Under such circumstance, the first appeal as well as civil application stands disposed of in terms of compromise.

The judgment and award passed in M.A.C.P. No.306 of 2006 by learned Member Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Ahmednagar on 16.12.2016 is hereby set aside and the said petition stands disposed of in

The appellant to get refund of court fees as per rules. The appellant is permitted to withdraw amount of Rs.25,000/-, which is a statutory amount deposited by him, only after 02.12.2019. 4.
