Heard. Perused the complaint. There is prima facie material against the petitioners except petitioner No.4-Kiran, who resides at Mumbai. The complainant stated that she had occasion to visit house of petitioner No.4-Kiran at Mumbai, but she did not state that petitioner No.4-Kiran abused her or caused harassment to her in any way. 2.

We, therefore, allow the petition only to the extent of petitioner No.4-Kiran. The F.I.R. as against petitioner No.4-Kiran Dadarao Ghule stands quashed. 3.

The writ petition is accordingly partly allowed and disposed of.
