The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, validation proceeding is pending with the Committee. The result of the petitioner's III Year second semester M.B.B.S. examination is withheld.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader waives notice for respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 4. Mr. Sant, the learned counsel waives notice for the respondent No. 3.

Considering the fact that, the validation proceeding is

2 wp 2595.18 pending with the Committee, we pass the following order. 4.

The respondent No. 4/Committee shall decide the validation proceeding expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 21.03.2018. The respondent Nos. 2 and 3 shall not withhold the result of the petitioner's III Years second semester M.B.B.S. examination only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. In case the petitioner is otherwise eligible, then the petitioner shall not be refrained from prosecuting internship only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. Of course, the petitioner shall not be issued with the degree certificate unless the validity certificate is produced. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
