DATED : 01/11/2023 PER COURT :

The learned counsel for appellant has taken me through the order
CA 1688/21 & Anr.
dated 4.2.2021, by which interim relief has been granted on deposit of 50% amount of the award passed by the Reference Court. The learned counsel submits that the amount has been deposited and the same has been withdrawn by the claimants.

In view of the above, the ad-interim relief granted earlier is confirmed. The stay applications and applications for withdrawal of amount are disposed of.
