The submission of the petitioner is, he belongs to "Mannervarlu" - Scheduled Tribe and the Sub-Divisional Officer has issued a caste certificate to that effect, which contents a spelling mistake of the tribe mentioned therein. A representation dated 12th February, 2019 is preferred by the petitioner to the Sub-Divisional Officer seeking correction, which is informed to be not decided till date.

The petitioner, a student needs the said certificate for submitting the same for issuing validity certificate in his favour. 3.

In the aforesaid background, in our opinion it will be appropriate to direct the respondent - Sub- Divisional Officer to decide the representation dated 12th February, 2019, within two weeks from the date of receipt of the order and it is directed accordingly.
