ORDER :

The application is filed for transfer of one petition filed for divorce by the present respondent in Court from Nanded to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Panvel. Heard both the sides.

It is a divorce proceeding filed by the husband and he is in service in New Mumbai, CIDCO. The applicant is housewife and she has no resources. It is her case that if she is required to go to Nanded, she will be required to spend on attendance also and she will not be able to contest the proceeding filed for divorce effectively.

In view of the facts and circumstances, the

MCA No. 48/2015 application is allowed. The proceeding filed for divorce bearing Petition No. 332/2014 presently pending in the Family Court, Nanded is withdrawn from that Court and is transferred to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Panvel. The new Court is to see that the matter is disposed of expeditiously and in any case, within six months from the date of receipt of this order.
