The learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition to apply to the Charity Commissioner again as he submits that instead of challenging the order, the petitioner would remove the lacunae the learned Charity Commissioner has pointed out in respect of the proposal submitted by the petitioner and an application in consonance with the points raised by the Charity Commissioner will be submitted.
