Learned A.G.P. appearing for the Respondents points out that the petitioner has remedy before the State Government and the impugned order itself specifies the remedy of appeal. 3.

In view of that though learned counsel for the petitioner sought to canvass submissions on merits, we are not inclined to consider the same.

The Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy.

All contentions of respective parties kept open.

In case the appeal is filed by the petitioner, then the appellate authority shall decide the said appeal expeditiously, preferably within three (3) months from the date of appeal. No costs.
