Learned counsel for the applicants submits that a small

908-CA-3625-24-w.odt amount has been compensated. In the similarly situated matter, the Court has directed to deposit 75% amount with the Court and the applicants permitted to withdraw the entire amount deposited. Hence, the order;

ORDER

i) The applications are allowed.

ii) The applicants are permitted to withdraw the entire amount deposited with this Court, with accrued interest, on furnishing an undertaking that they would deposit the amount, if the impugned judgment and award is reversed. iii) The amount be apportioned equally amongst the applicants.
