In response to the prayer made based on the order of the Deputy Collector, Nanded i.e. Atiyat dated March 20, 2017, the prayer of the petitioner for carrying out the mutation is pending before the Tahsildar.

In response to the Court's query, the learned Addl. G.P. informs that already parties are litigating before the competent Civil Court through the Second Appeal in which the order of status quo is in operation.

In view of the aforesaid position, the Tahsildar can decide the application having regard to the orders in operation in the Judicial proceedings.
