The petitioner is challenging the order passed by the respondent / Education Officer dated 30.12.2024 granting approval to the petitioner's appointment as a 'Shikshan Sevak' on the honorarium basis.

In the light of the mechanism provided under GR dated 27.03.2024, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to resort to the appropriate remedy if any such appeal / application is preferred, the Appellate Authority shall not refuse to entertain it on the khs/March 2025/3029

- 2 - ground of limitation prescribed under the GR if the proceeding is preferred within 3 weeks from today.
